Beach Training 2010
A group of students from Monash, Glen Waverley, Caulfield and Warrandyte visited the Mornington students on a beautiful sunny Sunday 28th Feb morning for a great class taken by John Rockstrom Sensei. John Sensei had us running people into the sea. He was clearly well balanced maintaining beautiful posture because he was wearing black special ninja boots. The beach is a dog beach until 9am so there was some healthy interest shown by the various dogs at our wooden weapons. After the two hour class a number of students ventured in for a refreshing swim followed by a lovely picnic at nearby Mornington.
